Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg (Days)
Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Temporary

Job Description
- Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans.
- Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel to maintain professional nursing standards.
- Care for a diverse patient population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience, with Med Surg experience within the last year.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Additional Information
- Orientation for nursing travelers starts on Thursdays.
- On-call pay is provided at a fixed hourly rate with a minimum of 1 hour.
- Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate.
- No increased pay rates for overtime, holiday, or call-back hours.
- Former direct employees of the facility are not eligible for agency placement until 6 months after their direct employment ended.
