Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity
Location: Pendleton, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Specialty: Occupational Therapist
- Setting: Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Transitional Care, Outpatient
- Patient Load: Approximately 12 patients per day
- Primary Patient Focus: Orthopedics (80-100%), including hands, elbows, shoulders
- Common Diagnoses: Orthopedic conditions, CVA, MS, head injury
- Work Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday (40 hours/week)
- Weekend and Holiday Work: Not required
- Documentation System: ReDoc for Outpatient, Meditech for Acute care
- Orientation: Department-specific orientation provided
- Dress Code: Scrubs required, no denim
Required Qualifications
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- BLS Certification
- Experience with orthopedic patients and related treatments
- Preferred: Lymphedema training (a plus)
Additional Information
- No COTA support; Rehab aides available
- Shift: Day shift only
- No weekend or holiday shifts required
