CVOR Tech - Omaha, NE

Job Details

• Location: Omaha, Nebraska
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule:

  • Five 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
  • Alternatively, four 10-hour day shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with a day off depending on schedule/staffing
• Hours per week: 40
• Call Requirements:

  • Rotating weekend call coverage (on call from Friday 3:00 PM through Monday 6:30 AM)
  • Weekday call coverage Monday through Thursday (typically 1-2 shifts if not on weekend call)
  • Call shifts are minimal, usually fewer than 10 per month

Required Qualifications

• Certification: BLS required at time of submission
• Accepted credentials: CST or Military Trained candidates accepted
• Experience:

  • Must be proficient/skilled in Coronary Artery Bypass Graft and Valve Replacement procedures
  • Must be knowledgeable in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures
• Driver’s license required at submission to verify candidate is within a 50-mile radius
• Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care departments; refusal to comply may result in contract termination

Additional Information

• Candidates may not be currently employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with certain large healthcare systems within the 50-mile radius
• Return to Office (RTO) required within 7 days or less from contract start
• Documentation required at submission: Date of Birth, Social Security Number, permanent address, COVID vaccination or exemption status, prior experience with EPIC within 6 months (for orientation planning), and prior employment with specified healthcare systems (for eligibility)
