- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 2 years of MedSurg nursing experience, with at least one year within the last year
- One completed travel nursing assignment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam certification
- Rehabilitation experience
- Experience working in Emergency Department (ED) settings
- Experience working in Neuro ICU settings
- Experience with Cerner
