Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Minimum of 3 years of Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience
- Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Summary
This is a 13-week long-term assignment for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry care. The role requires current ACLS and BLS certifications, stroke training, and the ability to interpret basic rhythm strips. Candidates must meet comprehensive health, licensure, and background check requirements, and complete facility-specific competency exams and documentation prior to starting. The shift is 12 hours from 7 AM to 7 PM.
