Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Shift: 06:00 AM – 06:30 PM

Job Description

• Provide care using all respiratory therapy modalities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner within the last year
• National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Submission Requirements

• Resume including education and work history.
• Two professional references from within the last 2 years.
• Completed job application form.
• Employment history form confirming previous employment at the health system (if applicable).
• Badge photo (headshot, shoulders up, plain background, JPEG format).

Additional Notes

• All attestations are generally not accepted unless specifically allowed (e.g., fingerprint attestation pending results).
• Some immunization boosters require follow-up titers after administration.
• Chest X-rays are valid for 5 years if required due to positive TB test.
• Masking and vaccine declination forms are specific and must be completed if declining flu vaccine.
