Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Services
Location: Colton, California
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (may vary by about an hour)
Job Description
- Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of current outpatient Occupational Therapist experience.
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Submission must include:
- Work history demonstrating OT skills.
- One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment.
- License verification and all certifications current at time of submission.
- Permanent address included in submission file.
- Return to Office (RTO) information included.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel experience as an Occupational Therapist is highly preferred but not required.
Additional Information
- Interviews will be conducted prior to offers.
- Timesheets require supervisor signature for submission.
- The facility is a university-affiliated teaching hospital with a broad range of specialty and outpatient services.
