Sonographer (Temp) – Sioux City, IA
Position Details
- Employment Type: Temporary
- Shift: Evenings
- Hours per Day: 8
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Weekly Hours: 36-40 hours/week (overtime billable after 40 hours)
- May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
- Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous Sonographer experience
- At least 1 prior travel contract completed (prior travel experience required)
- ARDMS certification required
- Experience with EPIC required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must not have been an employee of this health system in the last 12 months
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
- Required documentation at submission:
- Work history/resume
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year
- License verification
- Copy of required certifications
- One supervisory reference
Additional Information
- Night shift (evening) position
- Orientation dates available in late April through early June
- The traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Call back and on-call opportunities available with additional compensation
- Facility is a trauma center (level not specified here)
