Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – Days
Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Provide professional and clinical nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Patient types include Cardiac, Trauma, and Neuro.
- Work 12-hour day shifts.
Schedule & Orientation
- Typical workweek: 36-40 hours; overtime billable after 40 hours.
- Orientation sessions available on multiple scheduled dates throughout the year.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications required.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system required.
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Iowa (Compact license allowed).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply (no prior travel experience required).
Additional Information
- Night Bonus Opportunity (NBO): 16 hours.
- Overtime and holiday pay multipliers apply.
- Call back and on-call pay available.
- Charge nurse and preceptor pay available.
