Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Med Surg/Telemetry

• Busy Medical-Surgical/Telemetry floor
• May float to other Med Surg/Telemetry units or low acuity ICU

Schedule

• Night shift
• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (18:45 – 07:15)
• No on-call required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg/Telemetry experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel experience preferred (not required)

Additional Notes

• Candidates must complete an Epic test-out prior to or shortly after start; only one attempt allowed
• Appearance standards must be reviewed and signed before start
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement required
• No on-call duties, but flexibility to float within Med Surg/Telemetry or low acuity ICU units is expected

This position offers a structured night shift schedule on a busy Med Surg/Telemetry floor with a focus on candidates experienced with Epic and holding current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Prior travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
