Job Opportunity: CVOR Tech (Surgical Services)
Location: Augusta, Georgia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Job Summary
- Work primarily in Vascular OR cases including Hybrid OR and Endovascular procedures (EVAR).
- Patient population ranges from adults to geriatrics.
- Experience preferred with CSI and Penumbra devices.
- Use of Epic (preferred) and Pyxis systems.
- Scrubs provided by the facility.
- Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM).
- Weekend work: Every other weekend.
- Call requirements: Approximately 2 weekends and 8-10 weekdays of call per 8-week schedule.
- Floating: Rarely may float to Main OR.
- Must work major holidays if they fall during the assignment (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CVOR Technologist.
- CVOR Technologist experience within the last year.
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; RQI certs acceptable).
