Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Location: Peterborough, New Hampshire

Job Description

• Provide personalized nursing care to patients during labor in a specialized Birthing Suite.
• Support a range of birthing options from natural childbirth to full epidural anesthesia.
• Work in an 8-bed unit with staffing ratios of 1:1 during active labor and 1:2/3 for mother-baby care.
• Deliver comfort, caring, and medical expertise throughout labor.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery / OB experience.
• Fetal Monitoring experience is required.
• Current certifications (must be valid and in hand at time of submission):

  • American Heart Association BLS
  • AWHONN (Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Labor & Delivery skills checklist completed within the past year.
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment.
• Active RN license verification.
• Return-to-Office (RTO) documentation must be included with submission.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
• STABLE certification is highly preferred.
