Job Opportunity: RN ICU
Location: Dubuque, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 (Day Shift)
Schedule: Every Other Week (EOW) / Every Other Holiday (EOH)
Job Description
- Registered Nurse in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
- Provide critical care nursing to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.
Required Qualifications
Licensure & Certifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience within the last year.
Education
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Additional Information
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.
- Resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references required for submission.
- Specialty-specific competency exam must be attached.
- All license and certification verifications must be dated within 30 days of start.
- Documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding.
This position is ideal for experienced ICU RNs seeking a long-term assignment with a structured day shift schedule and comprehensive credentialing requirements.
