Description

Job Opportunity: RN ICU

Location: Dubuque, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 (Day Shift)
Schedule: Every Other Week (EOW) / Every Other Holiday (EOH)


Job Description

  • Registered Nurse in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
  • Provide critical care nursing to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.

Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications

  • Valid RN license in Iowa.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience within the last year.

Education

  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

  • Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.
  • Resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references required for submission.
  • Specialty-specific competency exam must be attached.
  • All license and certification verifications must be dated within 30 days of start.
  • Documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding.

This position is ideal for experienced ICU RNs seeking a long-term assignment with a structured day shift schedule and comprehensive credentialing requirements.
