Job Opportunity: RN ICU
Location: Dubuque, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM
Schedule Notes: Every Other Weekend (EOW) / Every Other Holiday (EOH); July 3 and 4 are required shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Minimum 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Onboarding & Compliance Requirements
- License/certification verification with machine-generated date within 30 days of start
- Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
- Trinity Code of Conduct form signed
- Trinity I9 form completed
- Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement signed
- Integrity and Audit Services form signed shortly before start
- Non-Employee Upload Form completed and uploaded
- Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) with SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within 30 days
- OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days
- Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including aliases and statewide checks for Iowa
- System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
- Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only)
- Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries) dated within 30 days prior to start
- OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check completed within 30 days
Additional Notes
- Resume and skills checklist (within one year) plus two professional references required for submission
- Specialty: ICU nursing with critical care competencies
- Must be available to work mandatory holiday shifts on July 3 and 4
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
