Description

Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer - Travel/Contract

Location: Randallstown, Maryland
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Job Details

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend rotation
Shift: Day shift (5 days x 8 hours), 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Procedures: Adult Echocardiograms, Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE), 3D Echo, Bubble Study, use of Contrast Agents including Definity Contrast
Clinical Focus: Cardiac diagnosis including shortness of breath (SOB) and chest pain
Required experience with Phillips ultrasound equipment and Cerner electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer
Cardiac Sonographer experience within the last year
Completion of at least one travel assignment
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification
Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
