Interventional Radiology Technician
Location: Springfield, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule Details:
- Includes call every other weekend
- On-call on holidays with rotation
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Onboarding Requirements
- License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
- Signed professional and compliance forms including:
- Code of Conduct
- Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure
- Background checks and verifications:
- Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check from last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks dated within 30 days
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
- MA CORI check if assignment is in Massachusetts, dated within 30 days
- OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check dated within 30 days
- Trinity system access form completed and uploaded one week before start
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
- CORE exam within the past year
Additional Information
- Prior travel experience is not specified as required
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts and participate in on-call rotations as described
- All documentation and verifications must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to start date
This position requires compliance with all listed health, licensing, and professional standards to ensure readiness for patient care in an Interventional Radiology setting.
