Radiologic Technologist Position - Pontiac, Michigan
Job Details
- Specialty: X-Ray Technologist
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, every other weekend (EOW)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year.
- Current and valid Radiologic Technologist license with online verification dated within 30 days of start.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association required before start.
- Health Requirements:
- COVID-19 vaccine with booster proof (or approved declination/exemption except for CA and IL).
- MMR: Proof of two vaccinations or immunity titer.
- Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted.
- Influenza vaccine (optional but recommended).
- Varicella: Proof of vaccination or immunity titer.
- 2-Step PPD or IGRA test for TB; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for Michigan.
- Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction.
- Fit test for respirator use (specific mask type for Iowa only).
- Physical exam within last year confirming fitness to work.
- Drug screen: 10-panel drug test completed within 30 days of start (no THC).
- Color vision test.
- Respirator evaluation with physician signature (may require onsite completion).
Professional Requirements (Must be completed and uploaded before start)
- Criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification.
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED.
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks dated within 30 days.
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including statewide check for Michigan.
- Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and integrity/audit services forms.
- Trinity profile including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references.
- Specialty-specific competency testing and CORE exam within the last year.
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
- Standard I-9 verification completed by agency.

- All documentation must be scanned and uploaded into the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding as specified.
- Declinations for vaccines are accepted only where noted and must be accompanied by agency letterhead.
