Radiologic Technologist Position - Pontiac, Michigan

Job Details

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, every other weekend (EOW)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year.
• Current and valid Radiologic Technologist license with online verification dated within 30 days of start.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association required before start.
• Health Requirements:

  • COVID-19 vaccine with booster proof (or approved declination/exemption except for CA and IL).
  • MMR: Proof of two vaccinations or immunity titer.
  • Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted.
  • Influenza vaccine (optional but recommended).
  • Varicella: Proof of vaccination or immunity titer.
  • 2-Step PPD or IGRA test for TB; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for Michigan.
  • Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction.
  • Fit test for respirator use (specific mask type for Iowa only).
  • Physical exam within last year confirming fitness to work.
  • Drug screen: 10-panel drug test completed within 30 days of start (no THC).
  • Color vision test.
  • Respirator evaluation with physician signature (may require onsite completion).

Professional Requirements (Must be completed and uploaded before start)

• Criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification.
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED.
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks dated within 30 days.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including statewide check for Michigan.
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and integrity/audit services forms.
• Trinity profile including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references.
• Specialty-specific competency testing and CORE exam within the last year.
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
• Standard I-9 verification completed by agency.
