Radiology Technician - Westerville, Ohio
Job Details
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Shift: Night shift, Friday through Sunday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technician experience, including experience within the last year
- American Heart Association BLS certification
Professional and Compliance Requirements
- Resume and skills checklist within the past year
- Two professional references
- Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and integrity/audit services forms
- Criminal background check covering federal, nationwide, and county records from the last 7 years, including SSN verification and alias checks, dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks dated within 30 days of start, including alias searches
- National Sex Offender Registry (NSO) check dated within 30 days of start, including alias searches
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
Additional Information
- Skills checklist will be provided by the agency for clinical contractors
- Influenza vaccine is optional but recommended (proof or declination accepted except in CA or IL) for the 2025-2026 flu season
This position requires a Radiology Technician with night weekend availability and compliance with extensive onboarding and immunization requirements.
