Registered Nurse - Operating Room
Location: Helena, Montana
Shift: 10-hour Days
Call: 2-3 twelve-hour call shifts every 6 weeks
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Hours per Week: 40
Job Description
- Primarily orthopedic cases including Total Joints, Fractures (Ankle/Hip), Gynecology, Robotic, Urology, General Surgery, ENT, and Orthopedic Spine.
- Must be competent in all listed surgical areas.
- No block scheduling available.
- Electronic Medical Record system used: Epic.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Montana
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Information
- Call schedule requires availability for 2-3 twelve-hour shifts within a 6-week period.
- All time off (RTO) or schedule requests must be submitted with the application; no approvals after submission.
- Must provide complete demographic information at time of application (address, full date of birth, social security number, full name) for confirmation.
- Travel radius restriction: 200 miles.
