Job Description

• Must have EPIC experience; proficiency and experience must be clearly noted on profile.
• Required to float to Med Surg/Telemetry units as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Travel experience is required (must have completed at least one prior travel contract).
• Candidate must have their own vehicle.
• Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at submission; no more than 5 days of time off will be accepted. No time off requests after submission will be approved.
• Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color without designs or cartoons; no hoodies allowed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New York.
• Minimum 3 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year.
• Completion of at least one travel assignment.
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system.

• 1-2 supervisory signed references from within the past two years of employment.

• Candidates from the following New York counties will not be considered: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington.

Additional Information

• Non-billable orientation: 8 hours.
• Overtime, holiday, and call-back multipliers: 1.25x.
