Description

Registered Nurse – Med/Surg

Location: Greenfield, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long Term
Shift: Night

Unit Overview

Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit in a community hospital setting
Unit size: 43 beds
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 5-6:1
Patient cases include cardiac, post-surgical (gallbladder, appendectomy, gynecological, colectomy), respiratory, opiate/alcohol withdrawal, gastrointestinal issues, pneumonia, congestive heart failure (CHF), cellulitis, COVID-19, flu, and others

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
