Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) (Days)

Job Description

• Provide professional and clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team in the Emergency Room.
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Work schedule includes 36-40 hours per week with overtime billable after 40 hours.
• Required to work 1-2 of the following summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.
• Orientation sessions available on specific dates.
• Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous RN experience.
• At least 1 prior travel contract completed.
• Current state RN license.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC.
• Experience with critical and emergency drips/pressors, antiarrhythmics, and sedation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), supervisory reference, license verification, and copies of required certifications must be provided.
• Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility (locals accepted with a rate adjustment).
• Cannot have been employed by this health system within the last 12 months.

Additional Information

• Night and holiday overtime pay multipliers apply.
• Call back and on-call pay available.
• Facility trauma level: Level 4 trauma center.
