Registered Nurse (Medical/Surgical) - Long-Term Assignment

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Summary

• Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans; record and communicate patient conditions.
• Coordinate care across all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Work requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
• Follow Standard Precautions and use personal protective equipment as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• Optional unit-specific checklist may be required by unit leader within one week of start.
• Influenza vaccine is optional; if declined during flu season, mask wearing is required.
• Prior travel experience is not specified as required.
• Must be able to work night shift hours and handle stressful situations with minimal supervision.
