Job Description

• Provide immediate, critical care to patients with acute injuries or illnesses in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Perform rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization of patients.
• Administer treatments and assist physicians during interventions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Emergency Room (ER).
• Valid Michigan RN license with verification through LARA and Nursys.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (must be current and documented).
• Cerner electronic medical record system experience.
• Skills checklist completed within one year for RN specialties.

Preferred Qualifications

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) and ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certifications.

Additional Information

• Dress code: Grey scrubs.
• References are not required.
• Physical copies of required certifications must be available in the profile.
• Full-time employees of the facility are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
• Nonbillable initial hours: 12 hours on bill rates over $40/hr.
• Local traveler policy applies for those living within 35 miles of the facility.
