Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) - Temporary Position
Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Shift: Days
Hours per Day: 12
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Overview
- Provide professional and clinical radiologic technology services as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Work 36-40 hours per week with overtime billable after 40 hours.
- Use EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Orientation sessions available on multiple upcoming dates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in Iowa
- Minimum 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Completion of at least one prior travel assignment as a Radiology Technologist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Valid driver’s license
Additional Details
- New grad orientation (NBO) is 16 hours.
- Overtime and holiday pay multiplier: 1.15x.
- Call back pay multiplier: 1.5x with a minimum of 2 hours.
- On-call pay available.
- Charge/preceptor pay available.
Notes
- This is a temporary assignment with day shifts of 12 hours each.
- Floating within the same discipline may be required.
- Prior travel experience is mandatory.
