Job Description
- Provide safe, efficient, age-specific nursing care using the nursing process.
- Deliver relationship-based nursing care to help patients and families attain and maintain optimal health.
- Demonstrate technical skills and use a variety of clinical equipment (e.g., stethoscopes, thermometers, electronic monitors).
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to optimize patient care.
- Maintain professional nursing development.
- Role involves handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
Shift
- 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Valid Driver's License.
