Job Description

Provide respiratory therapy services in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting during the day shift.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Illinois
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) issued by the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Current and valid Driver’s License

Additional Information

• The Respiratory Therapy Contract Worker Form is completed onsite by the facility.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
• Driver’s license or state ID must be current and valid, matching the home state for compact licenses if applicable.
• Post-assignment evaluations may be conducted but are optional.
