Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)
Location: Mason City, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Overview
- Position requires on-call availability: 1 night per week and 1 weekend out of every 6.
- Work setting: Operating Room (OR).
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa.
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Additional Information
- License and certification verifications must be dated within 30 days of assignment start.
- All required documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding.
- Prior travel experience is not specified as a requirement.
This position is ideal for experienced OR RNs who meet the comprehensive credentialing and immunization requirements and are comfortable with on-call responsibilities.
