MRI Technician - Westerville, Ohio

Job Details

  • Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Required Qualifications

  • MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
  • Current and valid MRI Technician license or certification as required by the state of Ohio
  • BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Health and Safety Requirements (Must be completed prior to start)

  • COVID-19 vaccine booster proof (valid through October 2026), or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
  • Proof of MMR vaccination (2 doses) or immunity via lab titer.
  • Proof of Varicella vaccination or immunity via lab titer.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start.
  • Influenza vaccine proof or declination (optional).
  • 2-Step PPD or IGRA TB test; if positive, chest x-ray per regional requirements.
  • Fit test for respiratory protection.
  • Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year).
  • 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start.

Professional and Compliance Requirements (Must be completed prior to start)

  • Resume and skills checklist (within the last year).
  • Two professional references.
  • Signed Code of Conduct form.
  • Completed I9 verification.
  • Confidentiality and system security agreement.
  • Conflict of interest disclosure form.
  • Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) including SSN verification, dated within 30 days.
  • Education verification (highest degree or diploma/GED).
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days.
  • OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days.
  • Integrity and audit services form signed shortly before start.
  • Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year.
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days.
  • Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year.
  • System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
  • Color vision test.
  • Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.

This position requires weekend night shifts and compliance with extensive health, safety, and professional credentialing standards prior to starting the assignment.
