Description

Interventional Radiology Technician (Travel Assignment)

Location: Chicago, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Day shift, 06:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with on-call duties (15 days per month, 8-hour on-call shifts starting at 06:45 AM)
Experience: EPIC system experience required

Job Description

Provide interventional radiology technical support during day shifts and on-call periods.
Must be available for on-call coverage approximately 15 days per month.

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Illinois (primary source verification required within 30 days of start).
Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year.
Experience with EPIC system.
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
Driver’s license required for onboarding.
Completion of DCI/BVP training (can be completed via Relias or similar platforms).

Additional Information

Name verification affidavit required if there are discrepancies between credentials.
Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray documentation is optional.
Some immunization declinations may not be accepted depending on location.
Onboarding packets and required attestations must be completed prior to start.
