Description

Interventional Radiology Technician (Travel Assignment)

Location: Chicago, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Day shift, 06:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with on-call duties (15 days per month, 8-hour on-call shifts starting at 06:45 AM)
Experience: EPIC system experience required


Job Description

  • Provide interventional radiology technical support during day shifts and on-call periods.
  • Must be available for on-call coverage approximately 15 days per month.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Illinois (primary source verification required within 30 days of start).
  • Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year.
  • Experience with EPIC system.
  • Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Driver’s license required for onboarding.
  • Completion of DCI/BVP training (can be completed via Relias or similar platforms).

Additional Information

  • Name verification affidavit required if there are discrepancies between credentials.
  • Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray documentation is optional.
  • Some immunization declinations may not be accepted depending on location.
  • Onboarding packets and required attestations must be completed prior to start.
