Radiology Tech Position - Davenport, Iowa
Job Details
- Specialty: Radiology Technician
- Location: Davenport, Iowa
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
- Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Description: EOH (End of Hire)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in Iowa
- Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
Candidates must provide the following documentation, all to be current and valid as specified:
Health and Immunizations
- Fit Test
- COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster through September 2025) or approved declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- MMR: Proof of two vaccinations or immunity via IgG titer
- Hepatitis B: At least the first vaccination in the series prior to start (titers not accepted)
- Influenza Vaccine: Optional but recommended (proof or declination accepted except in CA or IL)
- 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) for TB screening
- Varicella: Proof of vaccination or immunity via IgG titer
- Tdap: Current, non-expired vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction
Drug Screening and Testing
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC) with Medical Review Officer (MRO) signature
- Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the past year
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
Professional and Legal Documentation
- License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
- Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) covering last 7 years, including SSN verification and alias checks, dated within 30 days
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within 30 days
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including statewide checks for Michigan if applicable
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form signed within 30 days
- Code of Conduct Form signed and on file
- Confidentiality and System Security Agreement signed within 30 days
- Integrity and Audit Services Form signed within 30 days
- Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only)
- Iowa-specific Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check within 30 days
- OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions screening within 30 days
- System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start
Physical and Fitness
- Physical/Health Statement documenting fitness to work within the last year
Submission Requirements
- Resume and skills checklist within the past year
- Two professional references
