Operating Room Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Job Summary
- Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care in the Operating Room (OR) as part of the patient care team.
- Serve as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.
- Work hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Day shift, 5 days a week, 40 hours/week).
- Surgical services proficiency required in: Trauma, ENT, Colorectal, Plastics, Neurosurgery, Surgical Oncology, Oral/Dental, Laparoscopic Procedures, Urology, Ophthalmology, GYN, General Surgery, Orthopedic, Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Experience in trauma care.
- Surgical experience in the following specialties:
- ENT Surgery
- Colorectal Surgery
- Plastic Surgery
- Neurosurgery
- Surgical Oncology
- Urology
- Ophthalmology
- OB/GYN
- Orthopedic Surgery
