Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide direct patient care during the night shift.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Minimum of 1 year of Stepdown (Progressive Care Unit) experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• License and certification verifications must be uploaded with machine-generated date within 30 days of start.
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year.
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) covering last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
• Various professional forms and agreements including:

  • Code of Conduct
  • I9 verification
  • Confidentiality and system security agreement
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure
  • Integrity and Audit Services form
  • Criminal background and exclusion screenings (EPLS, OIG, NSO) within 30 days of start.
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
• Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year.
• Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.

Additional Notes

• All required documents and certifications must be scanned and uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding.
• The position requires working night shifts in a progressive care setting.
