Cath Lab Technician

Location: Grove City, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4x10 hour shifts)
Call Requirements:

• Two weekday call shifts (5:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Two weekend call shifts (Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM) on a 6-week rotating schedule
• Call coverage required for Labor Day weekend (Friday 5:30 PM through Tuesday 7:00 AM)
• Floating to a nearby facility at least 1 day per week (no call at that location)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• American Heart Association BLS certification

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within 30 days of start
• Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year
• National Sex Offender Registry check dated within 30 days of start
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
• Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors

Additional Notes

• This position requires flexibility to float to a secondary facility one day per week.
• Call shifts and weekend coverage are integral parts of the schedule.
