Job Details
- Specialty: RN Critical Care
- Shift: Day shift only (07:00 - 19:30)

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention training)
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid Driver's License
Onboarding Requirements
- Testing & Exams:
- Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam (minimum 80%)
- Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening (minimum 80%)
- Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80%)
- Prime Specialty Exam (minimum 80%)
- Prime Skills Checklist (no expiration on assignment)
- Health & Immunizations:
- COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 doses plus booster or completed declination
- MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer
- Hepatitis B: Record of 3 immunizations, immune titer, or declination (declinations NOT accepted for this facility)
- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (declinations NOT accepted for this facility)
- TB Test: Within 1 year of start date
- Varicella: Vaccination or titer showing immunity
- Tdap: Adult vaccination required (declinations NOT accepted for this facility)
- Fit Test: Annual respirator fit test required prior to start
- Physical/Health Statement: Annual, must state clear to work, completed within 60 days of start
- Background & Verification:
- National Criminal Background Check within 1 year of start date
- Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search
- Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation)
- Resume reflecting recent and accurate work history
- Two professional references required (one must be from a manager or direct supervisor)
- Education verification (copy of diploma or transcripts accepted if third-party verification unavailable)
- Additional Professional Requirements:
- Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years)
- Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport
- Badge photo (clear headshot with plain background)
- Agency attestation form completed after all credentials uploaded
Notes
- This position is strictly for day shift in the ICU.
- All exams and trainings can be completed through approved platforms such as Relias or Healthcare Staffing Hire.
- Drug screening includes a minimum 10-panel urine test excluding THC plus a psychoactive THC saliva test (California law compliant).
- Declinations for certain vaccines are not accepted at this facility.
- Name verification affidavit is optional and only required if there are discrepancies between credentials.
