Registered Nurse (MedSurg Swing)
Location: Corning, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hours: 12-hour shifts, approximately 36 hours per week
Schedule: Nights with some day shifts varying; every other weekend required
Job Summary
- Swing RN role in a critical access setting
- Emergency Department (ED) experience preferred but not required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Additional Information
- Must comply with a 50-mile radius rule verified by driver's license
- Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care areas; refusal to remove will result in contract termination
- Interview process is facility-only with no clinical involvement
- Applicants who have worked permanently or PRN must wait 12 months before applying as a traveler with this health system
