Job Opportunity: Emergency Room Nurse (Flexible Shifts)
Location:
- Tuba City, Arizona
Employment Type:
- Contract
- Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule:
- Flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Approximately 36 hours per week
Job Description
- Provide nursing care independently following physician orders, nursing standards, and hospital policies.
- Support patients of all ages and their families in a culturally diverse community.
- Work in an emergency room setting serving a broad geographic area with a variety of medical and surgical services.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Housing
- Limited shared housing available at $600 per month (based on availability).
- No family members or pets allowed in housing.
Additional Information
- Orientation sessions held every 2 weeks.
- COVID and flu vaccine exemptions may be accepted after submitting a declination form.
- Housing application must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to start date.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in the specialty (Emergency Room).
- Prior travel experience is not required.
