Job Opportunity: Emergency Room Nurse (Flexible Shifts)

Location:

  • Tuba City, Arizona

Employment Type:

  • Contract
  • Duration: 13 weeks

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Approximately 36 hours per week

Job Description

  • Provide nursing care independently following physician orders, nursing standards, and hospital policies.
  • Support patients of all ages and their families in a culturally diverse community.
  • Work in an emergency room setting serving a broad geographic area with a variety of medical and surgical services.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
  • Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
  • Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Housing

  • Limited shared housing available at $600 per month (based on availability).
  • No family members or pets allowed in housing.

Additional Information

  • Orientation sessions held every 2 weeks.
  • COVID and flu vaccine exemptions may be accepted after submitting a declination form.
  • Housing application must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to start date.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in the specialty (Emergency Room).
  • Prior travel experience is not required.
