Overview

• Schedule expectation: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New York
• Telemetry (3 years of experience)
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance

• Resume with all employment and gaps from the last 7 years accounted for, education history included, and all dates in MM/YY format
• Two professional references: one supervisor reference from employment within the last 12 months, and one supervisor or peer reference from employment within the last 3 years
• Employment verification for the most recent employer
• Agency background check completed within 30 days of start, including county criminal searches, national criminal check, FACIS 3 check, SSN address trace, and all aliases
• 9+ panel drug screen excluding marijuana
• TB testing meeting one of the stated acceptable formats, with annual requirement
• Physical/health statement within the past 12 months showing no restrictions
• Fit test completed prior to start and within the last 12 months
• MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
• Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination series, or declination as specified
• Tdap within the last 10 years or declination as specified
• Driver’s license or state ID
