Location: Elmira, New York
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Contract length: 13 weeks
Employment type: LTA
Schedule
- Every other weekend
- Every other holiday
- May be floated first if needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Med Surg (3 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Onboarding / Compliance
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Background check
- Drug screen
- TB testing
- Physical/health statement within the past 12 months
- MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, and COVID-19 vaccine documentation or applicable declinations
- Fit test completed before start
- Color headshot
- Employment verification
- Education verification may be required
- Signed job description and other onboarding forms
