Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location
- Utica, New York
Schedule
- 4x10 hour day shifts
- On-call required
- Scheduled Monday through Friday
- Call coverage from 17:00 to 07:00
- Weekend call rotation every fourth weekend, with possible additional weekends based on staffing needs
Assignment Details
- 75-mile radius rule applies
- Local candidates accepted; local rate applies
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
- New York license required
- ARRT required
- Minimum 1 year of experience; 2 years preferred
Clinical Setting
- Adult patients, ages 18+
- Typical case ratio: 3 to 4 staff per case, with a mix of radiologic technologists and RNs
- May need to run to C-arm in OR/ENDO procedures
- Common drip: heparin-infused saline
