Labor and Delivery Nurse
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Canton, Ohio
- Night shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- 13-week contract
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 1.5 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Academy of Pediatrics or American Heart Association
- Antepartum experience
- OR Circulate experience
Assignment Details
- Experience may include labor/induction patient care, circulating in the OB-OR, and antepartum assignments
- ECG rhythm recognition and Safe Medicate assessments are completed during orientation and must be passed
- EPIC Stork familiarity is preferred but not required
