Unit / Setting
- Combined cardiac/general ICU, PCU, and MedSurg unit
- Intermediate care and downgraded CVICU patients
- Supports thoracic program, EP, cath lab, and structural heart cases
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- 1 year of experience with this patient population
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
- Ability to titrate drips
Schedule / Work Expectations
- Every other weekend
- Manager schedules shifts
- Floating to same or lower acuity levels
Additional Notes
- Driver’s license required at submittal
- Artificial nails are prohibited in patient care areas
- Orientation includes a pass/fail open-book exam during orientation
- RTO must be submitted upfront; additional RTO will not be approved
- Candidate must not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
