Schedule

12-hour day shifts
Every other weekend
Holiday coverage required
No call

Unit Overview

28-bed neuro-focused PCU/Med Surg unit
Patient population includes neuro, trauma, and ortho cases
Floating required to sister medical-surgical units

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
2 years of Stepdown experience
Stepdown experience within the last year
Med Surg experience
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
Intravenous drip titration experience
Home tracheostomy and ventilator experience
Neuro Trauma experience

Additional Notes

Open to first-time travelers
Self-scheduling is used
Any solid-color scrubs are allowed
Clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
If previously worked at this facility, there must be an end date at least 6 months before submission
