Job Overview

Role Summary
- Primarily surgical department with some medical overlap due to bed availability.
- 35 private patient rooms.
- Shift supervisor on the unit.
- Night shift staffing ratio is 1:5-6.
- Patient care techs are on the department for each shift.
- Agency is generally scheduled for every other weekend.
- Holiday requests may be discussed with the manager.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
