Job Summary
The RN partners with residents and other care providers to create a safe, comfortable therapeutic environment by providing direct and indirect care.
Unit Information
- Specialized unit for residents with Alzheimer’s/dementia
- Transitional rehabilitation unit for short-term skilled nursing and rehab
- Long-term care unit
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maine
- Long Term Care (1 year of experience)
- Long Term Care experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical terminology
Additional Details
- Flexibility to cover 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
- Flexibility to float to other units as needed
- Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
- Up to 3 shifts may be canceled per 13-week contract
- Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered
- Previous employees are not accepted
