Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room
Location: Towson, Maryland
Employment type: Temp
Shift: Days
Hours per shift: 8
Contract length: 13 weeks
Overview
This role provides nursing care in the operating room, including assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in line with professional nursing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in GYN, bariatrics, vascular, ortho, neuro, and plastics surgical cases
Scheduling Notes
- Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted
- Must be willing to work the facility schedule
- Orientation may be scheduled up to 6 weeks out
Submission Requirements
- Resume with all gaps over 30 days clearly explained
- 1 supervisory reference from the last 6 months
- 1 supervisory reference from the last 12 months

Additional Notes
- Local candidates are accepted with no radius restriction
- 24 hours unbillable
- Overtime starts after 48 hours
- Call back and holiday pay apply
