Role Summary
Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to help restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy or Masters degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
- DCI/BVP
- Driver's License
