- Schedule requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License

- Resume
- 2 professional references
- Employment verification for the most recent employer
- Background check
- Drug screen
- Fit test completed before start
- TB test
- MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
- Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination, or declination documentation
- Tdap within the last 10 years or declination
- Physical/health statement within the past 12 months
- Driver’s license or state ID
- Color headshot
- Signed job description
- Health and employment forms, acknowledgements, and checklists required for onboarding
- Epic questionnaire
- TB questionnaire form
- Education mission statement for initial assignments
Additional Notes
- BLS and ACLS must not expire during the assignment
- COVID-19 vaccination is optional
- TN visa proof is optional and only applies to candidates holding a Canadian-issued license
