Critical Care Float Nurse
Location
- Augusta, Georgia
Job Type

Shift
- Night shift, 4x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Contract Length
- 12 weeks
Patient Population
- Adults to geriatrics
Unit Coverage / Floating
- Primary float assignment is ICU Float
- May float to MS, MS/Tele, PCU, ICU, Neuro ICU, and CVICU units within the hospital
- Floating is required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- 1 year of ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Experience with Epic
Work Setting / Clinical Experience
- Experience with MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, Neuro ICU, and CVICU diagnoses
Schedule Expectations
- Every other weekend
- No call required
- Up to 7 days of requested time off per contract
- Must work assigned major holidays if they fall during the contract period
Additional Notes
- Epic experience is required
- Navy blue scrubs
- Locals are accepted
- Full compliance is required to start on time
