Job Overview

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Michigan
  • OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
  • OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience in Director roles

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, hire, and train nurses, techs, and support personnel
  • Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and workflow efficiency
  • Oversee departmental financial performance, supply purchasing, and resource allocation
  • Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards
